Indigo Īsutā Soirée: A High Tea Affair
Indigo Īsutā Soirée: A High Tea Affair
EXTENDED TO MONDAY 4 MAY
Celebrate Easter with the return of Bar 1603’s seasonal Indigo Īsutā Soirée High Tea.
Our Indigo Īsutā Soirée: A High Tea Affair brings a playful Japanese-inspired twist to the classic high tea experience.
Available daily from 1am–3pm, this limited seasonal offering invites guests to settle in for an indulgent spread of sweet and savoury delights, designed to capture the spirit of Easter with a touch of creativity and refinement.
Begin with a glass of Veuve Tailhan Blanc de Blancs from the Loire Valley (France), before exploring a menu that balances delicate flavours with decadent treats. Expect whimsical bites like Yuzu Custard Bunny Teacups, Green Apple Mousse Tartlets, Matcha Macarons and Green Tea Yuzu Tiramisu, alongside savoury favourites including Tamago Sando and Wagyu Mini Burgers.
Traditional Easter comforts are also taken care of with Hot Cross Buns, freshly baked scones with Berenberg jam and cream, and chocolate Easter eggs, creating a high tea that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly modern.
Elevate the experience further with the Easter Bloom Cocktail – a rich blend of cherry, chocolate and chilli-infused umeshu, available as an optional addition for $15.
