Who can enter - aged 18 or over - participants in the Hotel Indigo Brisbane x Bridge to Brisbane Activation.
Please note your entry into the draw during the Promotion Period, includes a sign up for third party email newsletters via Hotel Indigo Brisbane, Izakaya Publico and Bar 1603, along with Bridge to Brisbane partners and vendors.
Winners are chosen at random and will instantly receive notification upon winning via email and phone call.
Prizes are non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is strictly for the date and time as stipulated on the competition entry form page. There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition.

Prize package is for two adults sharing the same room - dates are subject to availability and black our dates apply. When winner is announced, Hotel Indigo Marketing team will liaise with winner regarding preferred stay dates. Stay date must be before Dec 20th 2026 . Not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable. The winner is solely responsible for all travel expenses that fall outside the total prize package. All additional meals and beverages outside the dining voucher allowance, tips, or any other extras not stated in the confirmed prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including:
(a)validity period/s;
(b)terms of use;
(e)conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
(f)travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
(g)any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
(i)a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.
You/your companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to a prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, etc.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requests prior to booking the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of a prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. Without limiting any other clause of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant authorities.

Kids Eat Free applies to selected items from the kids' menu only.

The Promoter may refuse redemption without providing an explanation, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
