Take a peek behind the big red doors and discover our reimagined Zen Garden High Tea
– an immersive Japanese-inspired experience.

Our new high tea experience introduces a dramatic vertical Zen Garden installation, transforming
our high tea into a sculptural centrepiece designed for discovery, indulgence and a little theatre.

Priced at $99 per person, be welcomed with a glass of Jansz Sparkling Rosé on arrival alongside fragrant Genmaicha Japanese Green Tea before moving through an elevated selection
of sweet and savoury creations.

Expect savoury highlights including wagyu tataki, tempura oysters, salmon sashimi, crab croquettes and pork katsu sando, balanced with playful sweets such as white chocolate fondue, ube cream doughnuts, yuzu custard profiteroles, taiyaki and an edible chocolate bonsai tree.
