February is officially Margarita Month at Bar 1603.

For one month only, we’re pouring a limited-edition margarita menu
inspired by bold citrus, subtle spice and Japanese flavour cues.

From Sunday 1 February to Saturday 28 February, enjoy two margaritas crafted for summer afternoons and late nights – a bright Mango & Yuzu Margarita, and a Ichimi-spiced Mango Margarita with a gentle heat that builds sip by sip.

Available daily from 11am, Margarita Month is all about fresh flavours, good tequila and easy excuses to stop by behind the red doors.
